Terms And Conditions
Please take the time to read our terms & conditions, it is very important that you do so because by placing an order online you are stating that you have read & understood them
Please note, we will dispatch stocked items within 7-10 working days. For made to order items please allow between 2-3 weeks for delivery
Supplier’, ‘We’ or ‘Us’: Means thefairytaleweddingco.co.uk
‘Goods’, ‘Items’ or ‘Products’: Means the Goods specified in each order the Customer places with the thefairytaleweddingco.co.uk
‘Order’: Means the Order for the purchase and sale of Goods placed by the Customer with thefairytaleweddingco.co.uk
‘Price’: Means the Price contained in the thefairytaleweddingco.co.uk price list, applicable at the date of the Order
thefairytaleweddingco.co.uk reserves the right to change the prices of Goods at any time
thefairytaleweddingco.co.uk reserves the right, by giving notice to the Customer at any time before the delivery date, to increase the price to reflect any increase in cost to the Supplier due to any factor beyond the Supplier’s control
All orders are placed online through our shopping cart. Simply select the products and quantity you wish to order using the 'BUY NOW' button located underneath the picture of the products in our product sections. When you have finished shopping, click the 'MAKE PAYMENT' button in the shopping basket. Check that your order is correct and then click on the 'Place Order' box
You have the option to either pay by Paypal or with your Credit/Debit Card. All our Credit/Debit Card transactions are processed by PayPal and WorldPay through their secure website
You will then be asked to select your payment method from the following options

If you wish to pay using your Credit or Debit card simply select this option by selecting the relevant payment method. Please then follow the on screen instructions. Once payment has been accepted you will receive an automated order confirmation email from both The Fairytale Wedding Company & PayPal/WorldPay. If you do not receive an email please contact us at info@thefairytaleweddingco.co.uk and ask one of our representatives to confirm your purchase for you. If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by one of our Customer Care Representatives either by email or phone
If you wish to pay by cheque, please email first with your order to sales@thefairytaleweddingco.co.uk. We will place your order once your cheque has cleared - this can take upto 5 working days after receiving your cheque, but we will inform you once the order has been placed

The Fairytale Wedding Company uses WorldPay and PayPal to process all online orders. WorldPay and PayPal provide a 24 hour secure server thus ensuring all your payment information are encrypted and protected
For your peace of mind, our mailing list is not made available to anybody other than The Fairytale Wedding Company staff. We only use the information you give us to process & dispatch your order or send you other information if you have requested it
We are a very busy little company & do hope you understand that items in stock can take up to 7-10 working days for orders to be dispatched. For made to order items please allow between 2-3 weeks for delivery. If you need your goods in a hurry please let us know and we will do our upmost to ensure that your order arrives on time. A small surcharge may be necessary on rush orders, but your acceptance of this will always be obtained before the order is sent
Delivery will be made solely to the address specified on your order form via Royal Mail. Standard postage & packing for all orders within mainland UK is charged as follows: under £5 = £1.95, £5.01-£25 = £2.95, £25.01-£75 = £6.95, £75.01-£100 = £8.95, £100.01-£200 = 12.95, £200.01 upwards = £15.95 per delivery address. Next Day/Special Delivery charges for stock items start at £10.00. Please enquire for details
Please note: Occasionally an item may be out of stock, if this is the case we will contact you to let you know. If you do not wish to proceed with the order or for any reason we cannot supply the product, we will arrange for the order to be cancelled. To avoid disappointment we recommend orders are placed a minimum of 6 weeks before the function. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time
If your order contains a made to order item this may delay dispatch of your whole order by the times stated for that product. We will only dispatch your whole order once any made to order products within your order have been received by us. All made to order items are clearly marked within the description for that product or as per our terms & conditions. You may request us to part dispatch your order whilst we are awaiting delivery of the made to order item, however an additional delivery charge will apply for this additional delivery
If your order is being delivered by Royal Mail and you are unavailable to accept delivery, a ’while you were out’ card should be left at the address and the parcel taken back to your local depot, if after 1 week you have not collected your parcel it will be returned to us and you will need to arrange with us for its redelivery, this will be chargeable
We currently only ship to the UK. If you are overseas and are interested in placing an order, please contact us for a shipping price
We are sure you will be very happy with your purchases, but if you are not, you can return it within 7 days from the date of receipt for a refund. The Customer must notify thefairytaleweddingco of the return in writing within seven working days and include the order number, product description, reason for return and whether a replacement or refund is required. We will gladly offer you either an exchange or refund (excluding any postage providing goods arrive back with us in perfect/saleable condition in their original packaging). Please note, goods are returned to The Fairytale Wedding Company at your own cost, unless there is an error on our part or the goods are defective
Apologies, but we are unable to offer refunds on items broken or lost during return transit, the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they have reached us. Please wrap items securely enclosing a note with your name, address, contact number and order number and return items to us using registered (signed for) delivery or ask for proof of postage, both available at your Post Office. Please remember to keep any receipts
Regrettably, we cannot refund the following items: confectionery, bespoke / handmade / personalised items, cut lengths of ribbon, earings or underwear. Disposable cameras lost or damaged are limited to the replacement value of the camera or film only
Any refunds will be processed by the same payment method as on the original order. You will receive your exchange or refund (excluding any postage) within 28 days of us receiving back the goods. Any damaged items or products received in error must be notified to us with 3 days of receipt, we will arrange for a replacement (if available) to be sent to you as soon as possible. If a replacement is unavailable we will offer you a substitute product or process a refund
These terms are in addition to your statutory rights
| Prices, Colours & Dimensions |
We have taken great care that descriptions, colour reproduction, dimensions and prices are correct at the time of printing/submission to our website, however, we do reserve the right to alter prices. All prices are subject to change and include VAT at 17.5%. If a product price has changed you will be informed before your order is processed giving you the opportunity to cancel your order if you wish. Dimensions are given in metric by height, width, weight or diameter
Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish, provided you exercise your right no longer than seven working days after the day on which you receive the products. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract prior to order dispatch, please contact our customer services department by emailing info@thefairytaleweddingco.co.uk. To purchase products from this website and to lawfully enter into and form contracts on this website under English law you must:
Provide your real name, daytime telephone number, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information
Be over 18 years of age
Stipulate a delivery address. Please note that PO Box numbers, hotels or accommodation addresses are not acceptable
Possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank that is acceptable to us
If you place an order you are agreeing to accept all terms and conditions which are available www.thefairytaleweddingco.co.uk. The Fairytale Wedding Company reserves the right to reject any offer of purchase by you at any time. Common reasons are payment failures, unavailability of a product, errors in prices & or product descriptions posted on the website. By placing your order, you agree that The Fairytale Wedding Company total liability, under any legal theory or claim, shall be limited to the price actually paid to The Fairytale Wedding Company for the product
